Astrasat is looking for an energetic and motivated admin assistant at an exciting time for our company as we launch a secondary start-up. Astrasat (www.astrasat.tv) is a satellite broadband provider based in France. We are a small company that predominantly services expats in the French Alps looking for broadband and TV so we’ve built close relationships with our clients over the last 15 years and are looking for the right person to join this small team. Our new start-up is preparing for launch and as such we’d like to get someone on board now to help from the start to ensure we provide the best service we can for our customers.
We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual with strong online marketing experience who can assist in the launch of our new start up and boost sales.
The right candidate can be anywhere in Europe provided they are English speaking and have access to a computer and broadband.
- Manage monthly billing- generating invoices, allocating payments and chasing debt.
- Answer sales queries and assist in providing quotes to potential customers
- Liaise with suppliers in order to process new sales and manage stock
- Monitor and maintain social media presence including Facebook, and Twitter and create Mailchimp email newsletters.
- Keep up-to-date records of various aspects of the business including customer database
- This list is not exhaustive and you may be given other tasks as and when they arise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize your own workload and identify what needs to be done when
- Marketing and sales skills would be an advantage
- Be able to motivate yourself to work independently
- Knowledge of ISPs would be advantageous however full training in our processes will be provided.
This role is based on part-time 15 hours per week to start with.
